Refund policy

 

Kristín soulfulart / Sálarlist reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient participation or uncontrollable factors. In the event of this, participants may receive a full refund or the option to attend another course.

Courses that have been confirmed with payment will not be refunded unless a request to cancel the course is received at least 24 hours after the purchase for all online courses. If notification is received 3-9 days before a live or inperson course starts, you can request a 50% refund, but after that you cannot claim a refund. Refund requests should be sent to the email address salarlist@salarlist.com.

An invoice will be issued to the participant's by agreement.

 Security Terms

 The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. For further information about privacy please read our privacy policy available on our site.

 Laws and forums

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be prosecuted before the Reykjaness District Court.

 Information about the store 

 Kristin´s Soulful art/ Sálarlist reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.
